Mixed Bunch Bouquet

My third Stamp Camp project was this little Mixed Bunch East Bouquet.

The tag included this little Easter Owl. I used the Flower Punch to make some bunny ears for him! The tag is from Got Treats?
This is a very easy project that has a lot of Wow factor. How much would a teacher or friend be surprised with this bouquet of flowers!?

Quick post today- It's my daughter's birthday and I have a TON to do! See ya tomorrow!

Stamp Camp Project #1

Last Saturday, my friend Erin Gonzales and I held our Spring Fling Stamp Camp!
Do you see the cute aprons we're wearing? Erin has a friend who makes them and she had her make me one to match my blog!! LOVE IT!!!!! Thanks again Erin. Your truly so very thoughtful!!

Erin and I met last summer at the SU convention in Salt Lake City. She and her cousin Shannon were sitting behind me in a class and we started chatting and came to find out we both lived in San Antonio! So, we stayed in touch and since have become very good friends! Who knew that joining SU would bring me so many new and wonderful friends!!

So this Stamp Camp was held in my school cafeteria. It was a great space My friends Vickie and Angel are "hard at work." LOL!  Again, two more friends I wouldn't know if it weren't for SU!!

What's a Stamp Camp with out JUNK FOOD! And the star of the show is always Lori Heilings Microwave Carmel Corn! Don't take a bite unless your ready to commit to the whole bowl!

The Tammie/ys. My stamping friends are so fun and so sweet!

They're still smiling, so that must mean our projects aren't too hard or ugly! LOL~

Some samples of things you can make with SU products!
 Stacie is hard at work!
So is Rene! (Rene is one of my downline! She just signed up! Yay Rene!!)
All of our projects were made with the Mixed Bunch Stamp Set. All Campers received their own set, as well as the punch, pearls and twine. And, they got to pick a SAB item too! Such lucky Stampers!
This Framelit Candy Holder was one of my projects. I stamped the flowers and then punched them with ovals to look like Easter Eggs. Easy and FUN!

HSS #111 Easter Inspiration

Easter is right around the corner! Can you believe it! We've got an easy challenge for you this week at Hand Stamped Sentiments- create something for Easter! So, while your playing, you can actually cross something off your upcoming to do list!

I think I must be the last demo on earth to purchase the Fancy Favor Die! I don't know why! I did just recently purchase it, and it's so easy to put together!
For this little Easter treat bag, I cut the basic Fancy Favor in Melon Mambo, then just the front panel in one of the new DSP from Summer Smooches (available April 1!) I then ran the DSP back through the Big Shot using the Oval Designer Frame (Free till Saturday with a $50 purchase!). I adhered it to the front of the bag and then punched out the oval with the XL Oval Punch.
I added a piece of window sheet to inside the bag. Then, I pulled out the cute little set from last fall's Holiday Mini called...eh, now I can't remember! Treat Givers maybe? Sorry! I'll come back and edit after school. The rabbit egg was also punched out with the XL Oval Punch. I added a little crimped Wild Wasabi strip over a scalloped Pumpkin Pie DSP strip. Lastly, I added a punched flower from Mixed Bunch and a cute little jewel and sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes.

It's such a cute little treat pouch!
So, what do you need to make for Easter? Check out my Easter Board on Pinterest if you need some ideas! Make sure you come back and link up with us at Hand Stamped Sentiments!

Scrapbook Satruday!

For some reason, this page did not photograph well. I'm very disappointed because the colors are so bright and vivid in real life! But, here they are anyway...

For today's page, I used the Simply Scrapin' Kit in the Occasions Mini Catalog. It is called Spring Fever. If you've never given one of these kits a try, you should! They make scraping so easy! You can get many pages out of one kit and the embellishments that come in them offer so many possibilities!

I found this picture of my oldest, who is now 9, and was so sad by how little she was and is no longer. I had to scrap it!

This sweet stamp set from the main IBC is called Little Additions. It's very clean and simple and stamps very well!
I created the title by using just part of one of the stamps from Word Play. I used my Stampin' Write marker and only colored the word I wanted (Dreams.) I then added (my favorite stamp in all my collection apparently!) on top of it. Sweet is from Fabulous Phrases and I seem to be unable to use anything else lately! The tag underneath is part of the kit. The flower is from Mixed Bouquet.

The little buttons were glued on and then covered by the tiny stickers also from the kit.
All the DSP came in the same kit as did the cardstock. Makes it so easy! Takes all the guess work out of matching things up.

Today is my big Spring Fling Stamp Camp! I will be showing you pictures all week Have a great Saturday!

Got Milk?

I had a workshop last weekend and I really wanted to do something with the Milk Carton Die. It's so cute and I love to show it off!

I kept it pretty simple because I didn't know how much experience my audience would be. We cut it out of Real Red CS and then filled it with Cherry Sours! Yumm!

We colored the cherry from Fruit and Flowers with Stampin Write Markers and stamped it on Whisper White Paper. We then colored over the red with a Versa Marker. We sprinkled the new Cherry Scented Embossing Powder and hit it with the heat gun. Yum-O! That stuff smells like Kool Aid! A Wild Wasabi Scalloped Circle and we were done! Oh, sentiment is again from Fabulous Phrases. I think this "Sweet" stamp its my #1 most used stamp!

For my Hostess/Friend Vickie, I made a special Easter Milk Carton!

His little leg is half a Full Heart and his ears are from the Build A Blossom Punch. Easy and Cute!

Don't forget- Sale A Bration is ALMOST over! And, you earn double rewards if you order with me! You get a punch for every $30 you spend! Woot!
