Artisan Wednesday Wow- Pop & Place

We've got a special edition of the Artisan Blog Hop this week! We are all featuring the new

It's so cute y'all! It is this sweet little book of yummy tags that you can pop right out and use! No diecut or punch required!!

OK, so my first go around with Pop & Place was a card.
So first, let me tell you how nice it is not to have to die cut everything! the large polkadot shape was popped right out of the kit. I inked the edges, added some piercing and popped it on my card. I added some Season of Style DSP and Glimmer Cardstock and then a beautiful snowflake from Festive FLurry, I topped it off by another stamp and shape from the Pop & Place kit. Cute, right!

I think you will love the Pop & Place kit. It's great for the quick and handy gift tag need of any busy mom these days! Or, if you are an experienced scrapper or stamper, it's nice to have new embellishments and stamps to add to your arsenal! So, if you haven't already, order it today!

Next on the hop is my sweet friend Jane Lee. I can't wait to see what she has cooked up for us this week!

**This week only, I will be listing the links to the first 4 projects!!

Another last minute Halloween project!

Ok, this cutie was going to be an Artisan project, but i didn't feel it met the standard! ;-)
It is still cute though!
I wanted to create a belly band for the Tag a Bag that would shadow the Artisan Lable Punch shape. So, I used MDS to create the band (see below) and cut it out with my Cameo.

You can merge it all together and it's one piece that will wrap around your bag! Fun! The cute stamps are from Halloween Hello and Halloween Bash.

In other news, my hubby made me a very happy lady yesterday! I've been griping about the back half of my office since we moved into this house (two years ago.) I wanted cabinets! And, my piles were getting out of control! It was seriously affecting my mojo!
(Do not judge me people!!! ;-)

So, he took me to Home depot to "look at storage solutions." We left with a wall of cabinets!! Whoo hoo!! So, after several hours of purging and organizing, this is what it looks like now!
Ahhhhh.... I feel so inspired now!!! I need a little more decor on the wall, don't ya think?? ;-)

And then, I saw this today on Pinterest:
I'm not a craft hoarder! I just need a bigger craft room! Free Printable available in 3 colors!
I had to laugh. Pretty fitting!!

Ok, that's it for me tonight! I'll be back tomorrow night with the Artisan Hop! Have a great Tuesday!

Witches Broom Treat

Hi everybody! Whew, I've been so busy this weekend! I have been in my office all weekend preparing for upcoming events. Then, on a whim this afternoon, hubby and I ran to Home Depot and bought cabinets to organize the back half of my office (it was out of control!!) I then spent the next three hours purging old stuff! Feels good! But, now I'm exhausted! I'll share pictures later this week.

So, quickly I wanted to share a treat I made with you.
I used the large Apothecary Accents Framelit to create the bottom of the broom. I folded the cardstock and then ran it through with the folded piece inside the end of the framelit. So, inside is a small cello bag of candy and a chevron straw I bought at a local craft store. I added the cute little witch from Halloween Hello. It is a quick little treat you could whip out before Thursday!

Thanks for stopping by! I'll be back tomorrow! :-)

October Stamp Club Scrapbook Page

October Stamp Club was full of fun Halloween projects. Our Scrapbook page was extra spooky!
Lot's of things going on here. I love using the stencils from the Banner Kit in the Holiday catalog. Here, we used White Craft ink on Basic Black cardstock.

The bats were created with the Butterfly Punch.

Again using the stencils, we created the title. We added eyes with 3/4" circles and some Basic Black Gorgeous Grunge.

The journaling pocket is from MDS! We printed it out and put it together very easily.
It is from the  Be Brave Pocket Cards. We also used the fun Photopolymer stamp set Bite Me.

If you are interested in joining my monthly Stamp Club, I have openings for long distance club members! Please email me!
